To be eligible for the Global Talent Visa, applicants must have an internationally recognised record of exceptional achievement in their field and be nominated by an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible organisation. Applicants should demonstrate the ability to earn at or above the Fair Work High Income Threshold and must meet health and character requirements. There is no age limit, English test requirement, or points test for this visa.
