The Child Visa Subclass 101 allows a dependent child who is outside
Australia to join their Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident,
or eligible New Zealand citizen parent and live in Australia permanently.
This visa grants permanent residency and provides access to Medicare,
education, work rights (when eligible), and a pathway to Australian
citizenship. The child must be single and meet age and dependency
